Security cameras are located in exterior public areas for guest safety and liability purposes only.
A smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm are installed.

Tampering with security cameras, safety equipment, or restricted areas will result in immediate cancellation of your stay and additional fees

Driveway can fit two vehicles (one behind the other) to allow access for other guests to reach their entry area.  There is plenty of on-street parking.  Visitors are requested to avoid parking on the street blocking any driveways, dumpsters, mailboxes or other important emergency access locations.

PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.

Pet Policy

Pets are part of the family, and we enjoy your pets as much as you do.  We do not allow more than 2 pets.  Extra Cleaning Service Fee may accrue if our Pet Policy Guidelines are not followed.

• Please keep pets off furniture; this includes beds, couches and chairs.  If your pet is accustomed to being on furniture at home, we ask that you please bring a sheet or blanket to place over the furniture.

• Blankets are requested to be used for any furniture the pets may choose to sleep on.  If you need a blanket, please ask the Front Desk at the time of check-in and they will provide one for you.

• Please respect other guests and pick up immediately after your dog while on the lodge grounds.

• Pets must be leashed while on the grounds for the safety and comfort of your pet, other guests and their pets.

• Pets should not be left unattended unless they are kenneled.

• Pets cannot be left on any balcony spaces unattended.

• Guests will be required to leave a cell phone number for contact while away.  In the event the pet causes disturbances to other guests or needs your attention, we will contact the owner(s).

• Owners will be responsible for any damages caused by pets while visiting.

Maximum overnight guests: 6 Adults, 2 Children

No smoking, illegal drugs, or firearms allowed on the property.  Designated smoking is provided outdoors or on the balcony.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

Check-out by 10 AM (late check-out fees may apply)

The person booking must be present during check in and for the duration of the stay (no third-party bookings without prior host approval).  Additional names, contact phone numbers and vehicle details will be required to be placed on file at the time of check-in.

Guests assume full responsibility for their safety while using the jacuzzi, yard games, or any other recreational amenities on the property.

Check in details will be shared via text the day of arrival.  This will include a four digit code for entry to and from the property.  We request visitors refrain from using the side door.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the home and outdoor areas; Wi-Fi password will be available upon check in.

Bluetooth speakers are welcome but quiet hours begin at 10 PM to respect the neighborhood.

We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items, but we will gladly assist with recovering any found belongings.

Reservations require a one night stay deposit at the time of securing.  Full payment is due 14 days in advance, including all necessary cleaning fees, taxes and other add on items.

 Should guests cancel outside 14 days, a refund for the stay will be provided less the one evening stay deposit.  Any cancellation 14 days or less before the scheduled stay will result in 100% cancellation penalty.

Unauthorized Party/Guest Overload Fee: $500
Excessive Cleaning/Damages: Assessed after checkout as needed

We want your stay to be easy and relaxed so we do our best to keep cleaning instructions minimal. We would absolutely love if you would:

• Strip any beds you used and leave them on the floor.

• Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it

• Remove all garbage, groceries or other remaining items and place in the outside property garbage located at the end of the properties driveway.
